What foods damage hair?

Have you ever wondered if your diet is to blame? Eating certain foods can cause hair loss.Some studies suggest that certain foods may increase the risk of hair loss. Also there can be problems like hair breakage or hair loss. And hair loss increases.

1. Deep fried food

Food fried in deep oil not only affects our health but can also be harmful to our hair. Foods like french fries, chips, pakoras, samutcha, singara puri etc are high in oil and can easily make our scalp oily. This can lead to clogged scalp pores, thus leading to several hair-related problems.

Sugary foods ;

It not only causes various health problems but also damages our hair. This is because sugar consumption impairs blood circulation, affecting its flow to the hair and disrupting nutrient absorption.  Foods with excess sugar can cause inflammation and easily damage hair follicles. So avoid sugary foods like chocolate, candy and ice cream as much as possible.

Carbonated drinks ; 

f you like carbonated drinks, avoid consuming them quickly. A study published in the journal Nutrients found that drinking carbonated beverages may increase the risk of hair loss. So if you want to keep your hair healthy then make a habit of drinking healthy homemade drinks. 

alcohol ;  

According to a study published in Frontiers of Pharmacology, excessive alcohol consumption may increase the risk of developing nutrient deficiencies. As a result, our hair does not get the nutrients it needs, which can lead to hair loss. 

refined flour ;  

Refined flour has a high glycemic index (GI) and can cause insulin levels to rise. It can adversely affect the health of our hair and cause hair fall and other problems. 

Refined sugars ; 

one of the many causes of hair loss. Foods including bread, cake, pasta, pizza and other refined carbohydrates suppress your defenses against stress. So, if you're already experiencing stress-induced hair loss, these foods aren't doing you any favors.
